Semiahmoo wedding

Sarah and Albert are that couple who you can’t help but smile at when they walk into the room.  They are loving and charming and you feel warm and bright just being around them. This lovely couple was married last month at the equally warm and bright Semiahmoo Resort, just a stone’s throw from the Canadian border in Blaine, WA.  It was a magically fun day filled with laughter and love and all the smiles.  Sarah’s dress was for sure one of my favorites of the year so far and her wild bouquet, courtesy of Pozie by Natalie, was absolutely EPIC. Also, would you look at that flower arch??? Amazing!  There were also so many other charming aspects to this beautiful wedding, from Albert’s floral tie to the Chinese lanterns guests signed for the couple to send off through their first year of marriage. However, I think my favorite unique moment was the plant unity ceremony they included before their vows, rather than the traditional unity sand or candle; nothing says “we vow to grow together” quite like literally beginning the life of a tree in the middle of your wedding ceremony. 🙂  Big thanks to Jennifer with Taylor’d Events Group for bringing this whole day together.  Wishing Sarah and Albert all the best for many years of love to come… xx, Amy
